He has held senior management positions in large national IFA companies including a period as CEO for a national IFA subsidiary of a Financial Services PLC. During his career he headed a major internal project at an international banking organisation to re-engineer their IFA business support functions.
Running his own Management Consultancy specialising in business remodelling in the financial services sector, currently exposes Michael to many of the challenges and opportunities facing IFA firms as the sector transitions from an industry to a profession. In addition, his current position as Operations Director of Beaumont Robinson enables a "hands on" approach to running an IFA business in these changing times.
