Addleshaw Goddard advises on largest hotel deal since 2008

A multi-disciplinary team from UK law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Travelodge on its acquisition of the leases of 52 Innkeeper's Lodges from restaurant and pub operator Mitchells and Butlers. The £75mn deal will bring Travelodge's estate to 452 hotels, with over 30,000 rooms across the UK, Ireland and Spain.

In addition to existing staff, Travelodge expects to recruit more than 100 staff across the country following the acquisition of the 52 sites.
