Deloitte has completed the creation of Drivers Jonas Deloitte, a 700 strong specialist real estate advisory arm of the business with offices in Leeds, following the merger with Drivers Jonas, the property advisory firm.
The 21-strong Leeds office of Drivers Jonas which was set up in 2007 will be incorporated into Deloitte’s Yorkshire operation. Drivers Jonas has established a strong presence in the region and has a reputation for market leading property advice, with specialist valuation, regeneration, development, planning & project management teams advising major investors, landowners, developers, occupiers and the public sector across Yorkshire and the North East.
