Further events are being considered by the organisers to maintain and stimulate interest in                  Photo taken at Property Seminar in July 2009, Broad Gate property development in Leeds city region including a Property Expo in September.

Commenting on the event, Financial Leeds chief executive, Howard Kew said:

“We need to think of 2010 as a year of new starts and new horizons. We can safely say that the terms and lending models used in the past have gone, for the foreseeable future at least.  The challenge is to change our mentality towards securing new funding and to consider new models and methods of funding future development, whilst working in different ways to ensure we have a long term and sustainable property development landscape.”

The seminar is form 4pm to 7pm on 17 March at Broad Gate, the Headrow, Leeds. For more details, please click here. Bookings by email to events@financialleeds.com or call Leeds Chamber of Commerce on 0113 247 0000.
